RPU customers can qualify for cash rebates from the utility when they buy new appliances that meet the Minimum Efficiency Requirements (MER), which is often the well-known ENERGY STAR® designation.

Recycle your old compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) at no cost to you by bringing them to the Olmsted County Hazardous Waste Facility in Rochester.

Please limit 10 bulbs per visit
